Role
The Insight Team focuses on delivering business critical value added analysis and full cycle campaign management support throughout the UK business. Providing vital and pivatol information to the Direct Marketing, Customer Marketing, Product/ Project Management business areas.
The Person
Experienced in the campaign planning, evaluation and management of large customer insight campaigns, the successful candidate will have designed campaigns, analysed customer campaigns and helped to deliver campaigns of the highest standards.
Essential Skills
-A graduate of a business / numerate degree (or equivalent)
-Proven experience in Campaign planning, evaluation and management
-Working with large customer focused insight campaigns
Desirable Skills
-Any exposure within the Telecomms or Insight Analysis fields would be desirable but not essential

Role
The SAS Insight Team supports analytical needs across Online’s businesses. Growth in the online business has driven the need to grow this specialist team to drive further insights and support business development using this wealth of information. The SAS Insight Team uses SAS data from multiple sources across the organisation to build a picture of the Online customer. Specifically, the team is responsible for the analysis of customer purchase behaviour, usage of our websites, market, competitor and pricing analysis, targeting of marketing programmes and tactical campaigns, measurement of campaign effectiveness and development of behavioural models and segmentations.
The Person
Developing and improving website performance tracking and monitoring techniques including: traffic measures, search statistics, conversion and leakage metrics, referrers, web functionality usage and contribution to basket you will be a graduate of a mathematical or statistical discipline (or equivalent) and possess end to end direct marketing campaign project knowledge including; SAS analysis, propensity and regression modelling with advanced knowledge of SAS and SQL.
