Executive Search (Contingency)
Using our network of contacts, we constantly approach candidates
within the industry on a daily basis to discuss alternative employment.
We continually update our database this way and ensure we have
the best candidates in the industry.
Database Searching
Using a number of carefully selected online databases
in conjunction with our own specialist database gives us access
to over 500,000 candidates details. We have a team of resourcers
searching these sites daily to supply consultants with the most
recent and relevant CV’s from the industry.
Internet Advertising
Harnham has access to 15 of the most popular jobsites in the
UK (IT, Pharma, Finance, Marketing etc). Jobsites are chosen
concerning the nature of the vacancies a employer has posted
with us.

Executive Search (Project)
This method is not used to source every vacancy unless it is
requested by an employer. It requires a portion of upfront payment
and is generally likely to be used by employers only on their
most senior/key positions where perhaps they wish the recruitment
process to remain confidential both publicly and within their
own business. It may also be the case where historic recruitment
methods have failed, employers may wish Harnham to provide a
process concentrated in focus, such a project based search and
selection.
Press Advertising
Harnham can also provide employers with reduced rates when advertising
in the technical or employment press. Again due to the nature
of this type of project a portion if the fee is expected upfront.
