An opportunity has arisen for a Senior change Manager with experience in Credit risk and Financial services to be a key member of the team responsible for implementing change, system enhancements, processes within the business. Key projects in the next year include a Decision systems upgrade and a data management/infrastructure project.

A Change Manager in this team will be expected to have both technical and business process expertise in order to be able to co-ordinate the delivery of end to end change for the credit risk function within the organization and represent them on cluster wide strategic projects to ensure that all credit risk strategies and projects are correctly implemented.

You will deal with internal and external stakeholders and sponsors and be a point of co-ordination for the projects, as well as establishing requirements for the project covering design, build, test and implementation. You will also manage budgets for each project.

To apply for this role you will have:
" Must have a proven track record in leading teams of technical and business specialists
" Experience working in or with credit risk management groups
" Experience in the credit industry
" Project management experience including full project lifecycle management
" Completion of a degree in a numerate or semi-numerate subject or significant relevant experience
" Detailed knowledge of systems and processes used in credit risk decisioning and IT / ops working practices, tools and techniques (to ensure correct interpretation between business and system requirements)
" Experience of the processes required to implement software solutions in a consumer finance environment.
" A self-motivated team player who is able to define, structure and prioritize work for self as well as others, but who also has the flexibility and capability to change priorities when circumstances dictate.

The successful candidate can expect a salary up to £50,000 + benefits.
