Company Info- This role is with one of the UK's largest banking organisations, who are looking for individuals who have experience of delivering compliance and assurance in a risk driven environment, with regard to TCF and FSA regulation.
Vacancy Info- You will be responsible for supporting and contributing to the development of risk based compliance and assurance plans, executing targeted reviews which are appropriate to the business. Alongside this you will support the business in developing appropriate plans to ensure that TCF is always considered throughout the business. Furthermore, you will carry out regulatory and conduct risk assessments, gap analyses and business monitoring plans.
Essential Experience-
- Good knowledge of financial services products and services.
- Detailed knowledge of relevant legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
- An ability to interpret regulatory and compliance technical detail, and communicate this to other.
- Good negotiation, presentation and persuasion skills.
Desired Experience-
- Experience using a wide range of analytical tools and techniques.
- Experience working across teams and throughout a business.
Location- Flexible (can be situated in one of many offices nationwide. Some travel to other offices/other businesses required)
Salary- 40- 50k plus London Weighting and great package.
