SAS – Credit Risk Manager (Acquisitions) – Retail Banking - London
A Credit Risk Manager with strong SAS experience is needed by a large retail bank to manage a team responsible for acquisitions strategy for a secured portfolio.
The company is a market leading financial services company and one of the biggest retail banks in the country. They are known for having excellent career opportunities and for the excellence of their products
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage, motivate and develop a team of analysts and senior analysts
Develop credit risk based pricing models as well as undertake regular analysis to ensure that levels of credit decisioning are optimised.
Develop profitability and affordability models
Develop, implement and monitor risk strategies to ensure performance is in line with expectation
Produce MI
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Line management experience
Strong experience in a Retail or Wholesale credit risk environment using SAS.
Strong SAS skills
The ability to set your own agenda and work autonomously
2.1 or a First class undergraduate degree in a numerate subject (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Physics, Engineering) from a top tier Universtiy with strong A-levels
THE BENEFITS:
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £50-55k + car allowance + excellent benefits
