SAS Senior Marketing Insight Analyst Role Overview:

The SAS Senior Marketing Analyst role is an exciting opportunity for a Direct Marketing candidate to take a step into a lead analyst position to really add direction to a developing Loyalty Department. This is an ideal role for a candidate with advanced SAS analytical skills and so someone who has some analytical experience working within the realms of direct marketing, retail marketing, campaign analysis or insight analysis. The role working as a SAS Senior Marketing Analyst will involve you carrying out key Insight Analysis of loyalty data, customer behaviour data, retail data and market research data to help provide an understanding of what customers want from clients and leading retail providers. The SAS Marketing Senior Analyst will have a huge amount of scope to work across a range of Direct Marketing projects, with the overall aim of providing crucial analytical direction for the Direct Marketers and clients from a range of industry sectors. This role will require you to provide analytical support to the marketing team, you will be responsible for carrying out data analysis, using SAS to provide campaign selections and targeting aimed to improve business and campaign performance. Ideally candidates looking to apply for this role will be keen to lead and mentor a team, it is not essential for candidates to have previous management experience.

Candidates Looking to Apply for this role need to have the following:

" An understanding and advanced experience of using SAS for an analytical purpose for propensity modelling, CHAID or predictive customer insight analysis.
" Ideally candidates should have a degree in a numerate subject, such as Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics, Economics or Finance.
" Work experience of working within a direct marketing environment, carrying out a data insight analysis role is preferred for this role, candidates who do not have analytical work experience should not apply for this role.
