C# Development Manager Wanted for Statistical Insight Group
I'm looking for an individual who has worked their way up from a solid Application Developer in VB.Net and/or C# technologies to a Team Leader/Manager level within complex statistical, data-intensive or analytical application environments. The organisation have built an extensive track record in delivering key data-intelligence solutions for Healthcare and related sectors and are now looking for a Team Leader that can assure the developers keep ahead of the evolving needs of the business in the field.
The client will be assessing your technical expertise as the role will still maintain a heavy hands-on approach to systems design and development.
Technology Expertise:
" ASP.NET 2.0/3.5; C#; IIS; MS TSQL - Stored Procedures, Triggers; SQL; XML/DOM, Ajax
" AGILE, SCRUM etc related methodologies
Your management style will be reflective of smaller and more adaptive teams that are continuously communicating with the business and your responsibility will be to maintain the "high-visibility" culture the development team have within the business.
