Senior Manager- Capital Reporting- London- £75,000
Sector: Retail Banking
Salary: £65,000- 75,000 + Car + Package
Location: Central London
The Role:
In this position you will lead a team who focus on Capital Reporting and Capital Requirements. You will:
Co-ordinate the calculation of Capital Reserves
Help the bank understand how they can best utilise Capital for commercial benefit
Review the output of Capital Models to ensure they are analysing the correct topics and that their results are being used.
This is a crucial team that drive the activities of various areas of the bank, and ultimately ensure the bank meets their Capital Reserves requirements and chooses the most commercially profitable routes. The team has recently been experiencing growth and as a result is also looking at impairment forecasting for the bank, plus considering the implications Basel III may have.

Skills Required:
You must have:
Experience of Capital Reporting, Capital Modelling, Capital Forecasting or Impairment Forecasting.
Experience of managing a team.
It would be advantageous to have experience of using SAS for analytics and extensive knowledge of the Basel II/ III accord.
This role can pay up to £75,000 with a £5,000 car allowance on top, plus package which includes performance related bonus, pension contributions, healthcare and additional benefits.
