SAS Customer Insight Analyst Role Overview:
The SAS Customer Insight Analyst role is an exciting role for a candidate who has some analytical experience working within the realms of direct marketing, retail marketing, campaign analysis or insight analysis. The role working as a SAS Customer Insight Analyst will involve you carrying out key Insight Analysis of loyalty data, customer behaviour data, retail data and market research data to help provide an understanding of what customers want for the leading retail provider. The SAS Customer Insight Analyst will have a huge amount of scope to work across a range of Direct Marketing projects, with the overall aim of providing crucial analytical direction for the Direct Marketers, creating the campaigns. This role will require you to provide analytical support to the marketing team, you will be responsible for carrying out data analysis, using SAS to provide campaign selections and targeting aimed to improve business and campaign performance.
SAS Customer Insight Analysts should ideally have the following:
" An understanding and some experience of using SAS for an analytical purpose.
" Ideally candidates should have a degree in a numerate subject, such as Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics, Economics or Finance.
" Work experience of working within a direct marketing environment, carrying out a data insight analysis role is preferred for this role, candidates who do not have analytical work experience should not apply for this role.
