Fast growing web based Company based in South East London is searching for an online Fraud manager to be responsible for the day-to-day running of the fraud department.
You will be responsible for the management of the fraud department, including prevention of fraud transactions and investigation of suspicious activity that could pose a risk to the business and the reporting of findings and actions to the Senior management team.
You will maintain policy guidelines for the business and work with analysts to identify new fraud patterns. You will then work with the business to take appropriate action to minimize risk.
To apply for this role you will have proven experience within a supervisory/managerial role in a similar or related industry as well as possessing strong industry and regulatory knowledge.
You will have excellent analytical, communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues correctly and clearly to external customers and agencies, as well as internally to staff.
The successful candidate can expect to earn up to £30k plus benefits.
