This Retail bank and high street name has an immediate requirement for an Operational Risk Manager who will be responsible for implementing the Operational Risk Framework and for the ongoing facilitation of Operational Risk policies. Within the Digital Banking space.
Your mandate will be to drive operational risk management awareness and accountability throughout the organisation and ensure that appropriate controls are put in place throughout the online/digital banking space.
You will work with internal stakeholders to incorporate operational risk management strategies into the business, understand both internal and external risk/loss events and work with the business to ensure the appropriate processes are put in place.
To apply for the role you will have a large amount of experience within an Operational risk or Audit function within Banking, including an awareness and appreciation of the digital marketing space. You will have both the technical risk knowledge and also a deep interest in technology. You will have performed a similar role in a banking organization and be adept at managing stakeholder across the business and influencing change.
