This retail banking giant is seeking to grow this team by recruiting a Senior Retention commercial analyst working across both Reactive and Proactive retention. The role is within the Credit Cards Account Management Retention team, provides an opportunity to shape, own and drive strategy based on value-led analytics and has sizeable P&L impact.
Your responsibilities include:
- Responsible for MI production, analysis and subsequent recommendation for follow on work, offers and strategy
- MI commentary and distribution across account management and wider teams, Forecasting and input to quarterly budgeting and stress testing
- Campaign Ownership from analysis, through inception to design and implementation with minimal guidance including business case creation, presentation and signoff and ownership of external & internal supplier relationships
- Post campaign analysis including value analysis for specific reactive and proactive campaigns across campaign lifecycle
To apply for this role you be degree educated, as well as having experience in SAS coding and analysis. You will have worked in a similar role, as well as working closely with stakeholders up to a senior level. Financial modelling experience is desired however not essential.
