This is an excellent opportunity with a leading financial services organisation who are looking to hire a Intelligence and Reporting Manager to lead the production of credit risk analysis and executive reporting. The role will manage production of key credit reporting (Retail Board Risk Committee, Quarterly Business Review, quarterly forecasting analysis, Financial Results for the City) and will challenge and scrutinise all analysis. Producing exceptional analysis to identify key areas to improve the performance of credit risk management. They are looking for a Manager who can spearhead the work on answering critical questions to inform debate at a senior level.

You will be responsible for using analysis to answer business critical questions facing the business, and then present your findings to key stakeholders within the business.

You will be responsible for:
Being part of a leading capability to produce insightful intelligence, and managing the code and processes for key credit reports. Manage monitoring and highlighting emerging economic and consumer trends, leading the information gathered from benchmarking groups. Managing the development, production and maintenance of Retail credit reporting. Ensuring the highest standard of presenting and reporting of information in line with accounting, regulatory and group requirements. Managing presentation of information and reporting of credit risk, facilitating effective decision making, discussion and extracting
You will need excellent communication skills as you will be monitoring and highlighting emerging economic, consumer and competitive trends and ensuring all reporting is accurate and fully reconciled wherever possible.

Candidates will have strong analytical backgrounds - either in credit risk or possibly finance and know the pressure of delivering to tight timescales, how to juggle multiple tasks and deal with demanding stakeholders. SAS is used on site so programming skills in this are essential as well as data manipulation techniques and modelling / scorecard build skills.
