Fast growing web based Company based in South East London is searching for a Collections Team leader to look after the running of a busy collections department. They are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of first-rate credit management skills who can be a key member of the management team.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the collections team of 12, and oversee its growth to 20 heads. You will work with them to achieve collections and company targets as well as ensuring that procedures are in place to cope with the pace of growth and change.
You will maintain processes throughout the collections life cycle, from slow payment to outsourcing to bad debt, as well as ensuring compliance to internal and external policies and processes.
To apply for this role you will have experience in credit management and collections, along with a proven experience within a supervisory/managerial role in a similar or related industry. You will have an understanding of regulatory issues surrounding consumer hardship, and a process driven approach to management.
The successful candidate can expect to earn on target earnings of £35k.
