Electronic Trading Systems Developer C++/Java
I have a Prop. Trading Group involved in Systematic/Algorithmic Trading across various FX and Equity markets seeking an individual to work on proprietary production systems development for the desk.
The firm operate a technology agnostic culture but are seeking an individual capable of programming at both systems and application level to adapt to the needs of the Electronic Trading Engine from front-end GUI development to systems re-design. Industry exposure is secondary to expertise in the use of C++ (Unix/Linux) within complex multi-threaded application layers as well as mathematical or data-intensive environments.
Candidates must have a consistent track record of employment as well as an educational background that reflects a consistent interest in the fields of Computer Science and/or Mathematics (grads/GPAs etc MUST be included). A MSc or PhD background is a plus but a desire to work in smaller team-driven cultures and environments is key.
