Business Intelligence Specialist - South West
Salary - £35-40k + bonus + package

The Company;
An exciting opportunity to work in a BI Specialist role for large financial services firm.
The Role;
This role is responsible for the design, construction, delivery and support of my client's Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence solutions.
Accountable for delivery of all phases of the development life cycle - Requirements Specification, System and Database Design Specification, Program Code, Test Plans and Implementation Scripts.
Demonstrate and develop a sound practical knowledge of the core technologies - Oracle, Unix, SAS, Business Objects and Web development.
Ensure that developments comply with all required standards regarding Data Protection Act (DPA), Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and Basel II as appropriate.
You will need experience in;
" Strategic developments designed to enhance our BI capability
" Exploiting existing technology and investigating new technology to leverage maximum return on our investment
" Promoting the adoption of BI through delivery of innovative, requirement lead solutions
" Contributing to our data warehouse strategy
" Deepening the technical capability and capacity of the team
