SAS Database Marketing Analyst / CRM Analyst

Campaign Analyst / CRM Role Overview:
SAS based campaign / CRM analyst required to work for this hugely successful retail group. This prestigious brand offer their staff exceptional training and development opportunities in the space of marketing analytics / campaign management and CRM and are looking to expand their team.
This broad role is well suited to a commercially driven candidate with a solid background in an analytically driven marketing / campaign role. Based in the campaign planning & delivery dept, this hybrid role will encompass elements of customer insight, campaign operations (planning, delivery and analysis) in addition to campaign targeting and contact strategy recommendations! You will draw upon your analytical skills with statistical tools such as SAS, SPSS, SQL, Excel etc to produce customer segmentations, profiles and targeting strategies and will also conduct post campaign analysis to determine ROI and provide the business with insightful recommendations on campaign performance. You will have experience of dealing with a campaign management tool and also make use of your direct marketing / marketing analytics skills by applying techniques such as CHAID, clustering, propensity modelling etc.
The Person:
This role would be well suited to a marketing / campaign / CRM candidate with an interest in securing a diverse role! Your skills will include:
- Solid background in Direct Marketing / CRM / Campaign Management / Campaign Delivery, Insight etc
- Statistical analysis skills with SAS and/or SPSS, SQL, Excel etc and solid skills in at least 1 of the following: CHAID, clustering, profiling, segmentation, regression, propensity, post campaign analysis etc
- Commercial experience with a campaign management tool e.g. unica affinium, chordiant, alterian, epiphany, faststats etc
- Experience of customer profiling, targeting, segmentation etc for contact strategies for a range of on and offline campaigns eg. direct mail, email, online etc
- Ability to relay analytical findings to non technical audiences for campaign planning strategies
