Role Description:
If you are looking for a role, which will combine data analysis, creating strategic insight and involve you being involved in shaping key decisions to drive a business forward, this is the role for you! This leading financial services client is looking for an analyst with experience of either or both analytical experience in a marketing or credit risk environment to join an analytical team, which is responsible for providing analytical insight into product performance, customer contact strategies and business performance. The ideal candidate is someone who has used statistical tools such as SAS, SPSS and SQL for data analysis, SAS experience would be particularly advantageous for this role. This is an exiciting opportunity because this team is positioned strategically within the business and insight that you generate from your data analysis will be used to help shape key business decisions.

" It is essential for candidates to have a degree, a Masters or PhD or an equivalent qualification of at least a 2:1 classification in a numerate related subject, such as Mathematics, Operational Research, Finance, Physics or Economics.
" To apply for this role, candidates must have completed a A-Levels and have achieved ideally A-grades in subjects.
" Candidates ideally need to have experience of using a statistical tool such as SAS, SPSS and SQL, for this particular role SAS will be advantageous.
" Analytical experience from either a credit risk or marketing background would be advantageous for this role.
