A hugely successful Online Gaming company, seek a skilled Senior Marketing Analyst / Online Customer Analyst to join its rapidly expanding team. This innovative and past paced company are investing heavily in marketing analytics in order to thoroughly understand their growing customer base and develop more targeted and efficient CRM strategies.

Working with particularly complex, multi-dimensional data sets you will apply your knowledge of data mining and analysis to gain detailed insights into customer behaviour and will translate findings into actionable marketing and sales strategy.

The Person:

This is a critical role, requiring a Senior Analyst with solid analytical skills and an outstanding commercial outlook. Your key skills will include:

- High level of proficiency with SQL and Excel (ideally including VBA and excel modelling). SAS and / or web analytics skills, such as Omniture, Google Analytics etc would be a distinct bonus, however is not essential
- The ability to work with large, complex data sets, applying a range of data mining and statistical analysis techniques in a CRM / Marketing environment. You will have experience with at least two of the following: CHAID, Propensity Modelling, Segmentation, Profiling, Customer Targeting, Clustering, Multivariate or A/B testing
- Ability to translate data into actionable strategies. You will enjoy presenting findings to technical and non technical audiences with the aim of improving CRM strategy
- Solid academic history in a relevant discipline, such as Maths, Statistics, Economics, Operational Research
- Keen interest in Online / E-Commerce / Social Media / Gaming is highly beneficial
