Direct Marketing Data Analyst Role Overview:

A leading Luxury Goods Client is looking for a Database Marketing Analyst to work within their Campaign Data Management Team to help to build more accurately targeted Direct Mail, email and catalogue mailing campaigns. Boasting an immense client base and international coverage, this group is able to offer candidates a challenging and progressive career in customer driven analytics and data strategy. Your role will be orientated around the manipulation and analysis of campaign, product and behavioural customer data, to help shape future direct marketing and communication strategies for your clients and product teams. You will be responsible for managing and building all aspects of the Direct Marketing selections process and you will also be required to execute the campaigns to ensure that the CRM strategies are delivered on time to customers. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone with a numerate based academic background, someone with experience of working within a Direct Marketing environment and someone with an understanding and experience of using campaign management tools, such as Epiphany, Siebel, Chordiant, Faststats.

The Person:

You will be an organised and forward thinking Analyst, able to demonstrate a sound grounding in marketing / insight analytics and CRM campaign analytics using SAS ideally. You will have gained experience in the following areas:

- Proven experience in building, or working with customer profiles and segmentations

- SAS skills - ideally you will have gained solid skills with SAS Enterprise Guide and / or SAS Base / SAS Macro and have basic - intermediate coding skills. This is not essential to the role but is preferred.
