CRM Analyst / Direct Marketing Campaign Analyst

CRM Analyst, London, £30K,

This is a great opportunity within a prestigious organisation. The company is looking to expand, maximising data and refining their targeting strategies.

The Role:
You will contribute to the alignment of CRM targeting strategies by applying your knowledge of direct marketing mailing / e-mail campaigns, customer targeting & profiling, segmentations and campaign analysis. The role will also require you to develop and deliver on a regular basis CRM reports to senior management, analysing retention, repeat purchase, cross-buying and reactivation at a various levels across the business. You will support the marketing function on global CRM and Direct Marketing activities and functions.


Skills:
In order to apply for this job you must have a degree or equivalent in a relevant subject. It is essential that you have you have a strong analytical background. You must also be proficient in Campaign Management systems. Other advantageous skills include some sort of experience in a marketing data function. This role is suited to those with a background in CRM, Analysis and Campaign Management in a data driven environment.
You will have a solid knowledge of campaign targeting, customer profiling and segmentation, campaign delivery and analysis.

A knowledge of SQL, SPSS, SAS, Siebel etc is useful, however not essential. It is also advantageous if you have the ability to present analytical findings to the business, highlighting key recommendations for future direct marketing practices.

The successful candidate can expect a salary of up to £30k with a 10% bonus!
